Meet Sano 🐾 At only around a year old, Sano has already been through too many awful experiences. He ended up at the shelter as a stray, was adopted and thought he finally had a family… then got lost. Paws Patrol LV rescued him and reunited him with his adopters, only for him to later be returned to the shelter anyway, where he ended up on the euthanasia list. When he first came into rescue, it became clear this sweet boy had likely lived a very isolated life with little socialization or comfort. He was terrified of people, didn’t know how to play with toys, and would hide in the corner. Now he asks for pets, has learned toys can actually be fun, sleeps wonderfully in his crate, and is slowly starting to gain confidence around other dogs. He’s very gentle, submissive, and has also been good with cats.
