Sadly, through no fault of his own, Max is being returned after almost 2 years in his home. His family recently welcomed a newborn baby, and while Max is absolutely NOT aggressive, his size, strength, and energetic play style have become too much to safely manage with a newborn in the home. Like many young, active dogs, Max needs more time, exercise, and space than his current family can provide. Max is: ✔️ House-trained ✔️ Crate-trained ✔️ Current on vaccines & heartworm prevention ✔️ Scheduled to be neutered on May 21st ✔️ Sweet, playful, and loving Max has a lot of energy and would thrive with an active family or person who can give him the exercise, structure, and attention he deserves. He can be a little shy and anxious when meeting new people at first, but once he settles in, he’s a loyal, fun-loving companion.
