Lovely is exactly what her name promises: joyful, affectionate, goofy, and completely full of life. She approaches the world with the enthusiasm of a dog who believes every day should include zoomies, toys, cuddles, and at least one dramatic play bow. She absolutely loves running, fetch, squeaky toys, and any chance to stretch her legs and burn energy. Once she gets some of that excitement out, her softer side comes shining through. She enjoys affection, settles in nicely for cuddles, and has even shown off some impressive skills by sitting, staying, and laying down when asked. She is smart, eager to engage, and very people-focused. Lovely is still very much a young dog at heart, and she will thrive with someone ready to embrace her fun-loving personality while continuing to guide her with structure and consistency. She can get overstimulated when she is excited and may become jumpy or mouthy during play, especially if she has not had enough exercise yet.
