Meet Quinnie — a sweet, affectionate little lady who is more than ready for her happily-ever-after. Quinnie is the kind of cat who just wants to be close to her people. She’ll gently grab your hand or touch your face to ask for more pets, head kisses, and sweet talk. She is incredibly loving, very vocal, and always has something to say (seriously — this girl loves a conversation). She absolutely adores Churus and wet food, and she definitely seems like she was someone’s beloved pet at some point — she knew exactly what a Churu was from day one. At only 3 years old, Quinnie is still playful and curious, and it feels like she may not have had many chances to simply be a cat before now. After likely spending much of her young life raising litter after litter, she deserves so badly to trade the crate life for a soft couch, sunny windowsill, and a family who will spoil her like the princess she truly is. She has been a wonderful, patient, and caring mama to her babies, but now it’s her turn to be cared for, cherished, and loved. Quinnie gets along well with other cats. Dogs and small children are unknown, but with slow introductions, Quinnie should do just fine. Quinnie is also FIV+, which means she has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Cats with FIV can still live long, happy, healthy lives with proper care and regular vet visits. FIV is most commonly spread through deep bite wounds, not through casual contact like grooming, sharing food bowls, or cuddling, so many FIV+ cats safely live with other friendly cats. Quinnie is healthy, loving, and ready for someone to look past the label and see the amazing cat she truly is.
