Slinky is the perfect blend of polite and playful. When he first arrived, he respectfully kept his distance from the resident cats. Once he realized he was safe, his outgoing personality blossomed quickly. He was ready to explore, sniff new friends, and start playing in no time! Slinky is a true lapcat, and he will happily sit in your lap and stay there, soaking up pets and purring in the cutest way. Unlike some kitties who pop up after a minute or two, Slinky settles in and commits to the cuddle. He tolerates being picked up and absolutely loves affection on his own sweet terms. When he's not snuggling, Slinky is enthusiastically pursuing his two great loves: food and string toys. He's an eager eater and will chase anything on a string with determination, even if he hasn't quite mastered the art of actually catching it yet.
