Diego is crate trained which is his [OFF] button. He enjoys car rides and meeting new people. He is generally quiet and observant. He needs opportunities to run at FULL speed, in circles or zig zags before being still again. He can spend hours running the yard squirrel watching. He has a good balance of needing physical and mental stimulation. Diego has been fostered with dogs of all sizes and personalities, he is a playful dog and avoids all conflicts. He can RUN and likes to get the other dogs to run at high speed with him. He would benefit from a yard and someone familiar with the higher energy of the Doberman breed. He can be obsessed about smaller critters - NO CATS. Guessed to be 2-3 years old. He is 62 lbs and lean, docked tail, cropped ears but they do not stand. His ears have scars along the cropped edges, suggesting frequent infections during attempts for the ears to heal (stitches) or during the ear wraps. The ears do not stand up, will not stand up, another clue of the lack of commitment of his prior owner. His ears do not cause him discomfort or require care now.
