About Dallas
Dallas is an American Bully nicknamed "Chunky Sugar Bear" by his foster family for good reason—he’s a lovable ham who’s never met a toy he didn’t want to keep to himself. This stout guy is full of snorts and silly grunts, bringing classic bulldog energy into everyday life. Dallas is crate trained and learns best on a routine, but true to his stubborn side, he isn’t too picky about his potty spot if left unsupervised. He’s affectionate and prefers to be near his people, often shadowing them around the house. He isn’t bothered by other large dogs and usually ignores them in favor of his own toys. Dallas hasn’t been tested with cats yet. Now neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations, Dallas is heartworm negative and on prevention. His age is estimated between 3–6 years. He does require some ongoing care for his ears, including regular cleanings due to infections, especially since his ears are cropped very short. Breed experience is helpful because of potential skin and allergy flare-ups, though currently he doesn’t need any special diet or meds. Dallas is fostered in Texas, but adoption includes transport to several states. He was found in tough circumstances—a hot parking lot during the Texas summer—so he’s ready for the comfort of a real home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
