Chip's story hasn't been the easiest, but despite everything he's been through, he remains one of the sweetest boys around. He came to us as a stray a few months ago in poor condition, suffering from lacerations that were likely caused by other dogs in the home. As he healed, we quickly got to see the loving, affectionate dog hiding underneath it all. This adorable lowrider is a total people-lover who is always looking for attention, affection, and companionship. Chip loves going for walks, playing with his stuffies, and spending time with his humans. He has such a sweet, goofy personality and truly just wants to be loved. Chip does have some mild resource guarding tendencies with other dogs, so he would likely do better as the only pet in the home or with a very calm and low-key dog companion. A proper meet and greet would be required to ensure a good fit. After a rough start, Chip is more than ready for a fresh beginning with a family who will love him the way he deserves.
