MEET ME IN WARREN, RHODE ISLAND. I JUST MOVED HERE!! Hello Northeastern people! My name is Ella, and I am a pretty brindle Boxer/Terrier mix about 2 years old, and I weigh 56 lbs. I was a stray in Donna, Texas, taken in by a kindhearted man who helps all the stray dogs along the Mexico border, then reaches out to rescues for help. In my case, it was 4 Little Paws Rescue who is helping to cover my care, so now I’m ready to find my future! I am a very friendly girl, sweet and personable right from the start, affectionate, and always wagging. I love other dogs, don’t mind kitty cats, great with kids, and love to play. Fetch and tug-of-war are some of my favorite backyard games, but I also love going for walks and taking road trips for any outdoor adventure. I am very affectionate and will happily share kisses, and if you don't mind 56 lbs in your lap, then I’m a lapdog, LOL. I am well behaved in a home, already housebroken, only bark to alert, and I will happily share my food and toys. I am not a fan of being locked in a crate, so my foster dad lets me stay in the laundry room while he is away, and I cause no problems. He wants you to know that I am obedient and happy, relaxed and polite when meeting new people, and I have lots of playful energy, yet also chill when it's appropriate.
