Cruz is a sweet, shy little guy who just needs a little extra patience to feel safe and loved. He's been making wonderful progress in foster care and has even started sleeping beside his foster mommy. Once he feels comfortable, he loves playing with his siblings and being nearby. Cruz would do best in a calm, understanding home and should be adopted with one of his siblings, Carmen, Carlos, Claudio, or Consuelo, to help him continue building confidence and feeling secure.
