adoption donation : $699 weight 25 lbs Age 4 months Tabitha is sweet and funny girl who was found with her sister and three brothers and their mom in an abandoned building outside of Tupelo in Mississippi. At first the mom was protective of her littler but eventually allowed rescuers to take everyone in. The family came to Wags to get the love and care that they deserved. At Wags Tabitha and her siblings have thrived, they love to run and play with all the dogs at the rescue and then cuddle up together in a puppy pile to nap. Tabitha is just a darling puppy, she is a mischievous, friendly and happy girl who gives the best sloppy kisses. She is still in Mississippi, but ready to come up to the northeast on Saturday, May 8. Like any puppy, Tabitha needs a family willing to give her the attention and training he needs to grow up to be the very good girl we know she can be. Tabitha has had all of her vaccinations and has been spayed. She’s pretty much house trained at the Rescue, but will likely need a refresher as she adjusts to a new home A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away. Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue. Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs.
