Cedar is a dog in tiny orange kitten form. He wags his tail when he is happy, and he purrs when he gets even the slightest bit of attention. He is a cuddlebug and will curl up on his human's chest to watch their little screen while they're watching the big screen. He likes dogs, and absolutely needs to be adopted into a home with another active young cat or he will drive humans AND other animals crazy with his energy.
