About Lily
Lily is a shepherd mix with a gentle heart, easygoing nature, and a hint of goofiness. At about 5 years old, she weighs around 65 pounds and was rescued as a puppy at the Mirador del Cristo overlook in Taxco, Mexico. Early shyness fades fast if you’re willing to show her a little kindness—she’ll lock eyes with you, soaking in every bit of affection. When she’s happy, her entire body gets wiggly, especially when food or attention might be involved. She enjoys lounging wherever she can feel the sun or catch a breeze, and she loves walks but just as easily settles in for a quiet afternoon. Lily is housetrained, knows basic commands, and responds well to treats—she’s definitely food motivated. Spayed, healthy, and up to date on vaccinations. Lily has lived peacefully with other dogs for years and is used to canine companions at home and with sitters. She hasn’t been around cats or kids. Her birthday is June 3, making her a Gemini, which might explain those little bursts of playful curiosity. Click apply to start the adoption process.
