About Wilbur
Wilbur is a 2-3 year old Lhasa Apso and Wheaten Terrier mix, possibly with a hint of Sheepdog. Weighing in at about 30 pounds, he falls on the small side. Wilbur has a gentle, sweet temperament and has proven he gets along easily with other dogs and cats. After fending for himself on the streets for over a month and surviving on what he could find, he was finally coaxed to safety by a kind stranger. When rescued, Wilbur was dealing with flea dermatitis, but that's now been treated. He is currently being treated for heartworm as well, and his adoption fee covers vaccines, neutering, bloodwork, a heartworm test, deworming, and a microchip. Wilbur is still young, born under the sign of Aries, which can make him a resilient and lively companion. Ready for a stable home where he can get the love he has missed.
