Meet Sammie, a 3-year-old Corgi/Yorkie mix weighing in at 14 pounds of personality! This happy, outgoing girl came to us when her previous family was going through some changes, and apartment life just wasn’t the best fit for her needs. Sammie is a friendly and social dog who loves people—especially kids! She also gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having playmates or an active family to keep her busy. We believe some of her barking in her previous home may have been due to boredom and lack of exercise, so she’ll do best in a home that can give her plenty of activity, attention, and mental stimulation. She is crate trained and does well staying clean in her space, though we are continuing to work with her on being quiet while in her crate. Sammie absolutely loves toys and is always ready for playtime, which makes her a fun and engaging companion. Sammie is current on vaccines and will be spayed before heading to her new home.
