About Little Bit

Little Bit is a small Chihuahua, gentle in spirit and weighing a bit over 10 pounds. At about 7 to 8 years old, she has developed a sensitive nature and prefers a calm, patient environment. She comes out of her shell slowly, but once she trusts you, she transforms into a sweet and affectionate companion who enjoys staying close and even sleeping on the bed. She’s shy around new people and situations, so she'll do best with an experienced owner who understands timid dogs and is willing to give her the quiet stability she craves. Little Bit doesn’t like being picked up and needs her boundaries respected. She gets along well with larger dogs and cats but isn’t a fit for homes with young children or small dogs. Gentle, calm petting is her love language once she warms up. Little Bit will be a loyal and comforting presence for someone willing to give her time to adjust.
