Meet Chahlie! Hailing all the way from Chicago Animal Care and Control, Chahlie is one-fourth of a very special "midnight crew" of four black cats. While arriving at a new place can be a lot to take in, Chahlie has quickly distinguished himself as the pioneer of the group. He seems to be the most confident and curious of the bunch, often the first one to step out and explore a new corner or investigate a strange sound. Whether he's acting as a scout for his three siblings or just satisfying his own sense of adventure, Chahlie's brave spirit is hard to miss. Though we are still peeling back the layers of his personality, Chahlie is already showing us a friendly and approachable side. He has a way of looking at you with genuine interest, as if he's trying to figure out exactly where the treats are hidden. He is the perfect blend of a suave house panther and a curious kitten, making him a great fit for someone who wants a cat with a bit of "main character" energy. Chahlie is ready to trade the city life for a forever home where he can finally be the king of his own castle. Chahlie is neutered, up-to-date on FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations, and FIV and FeLV negative. Chahlie is currently staying onsite at our Heartland Facility! Stop by during our open hours on Thursday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday Noon-6pm or Sunday Noon-6pm to meet him! No appointment necessary.
