Hello I'm Egg! I was born in a warehouse in Brooklyn and came to Good Home via a trapping project. At first I lived in foster care but now I'm having so much fun in the Cat Lounge and charming everyone I meet! I'm a curious, very well-mannered boy. I have big chill vibes and would make a wonderful family cat. And while I might need a little time to warm up, once I feel comfortable I will be a silly, snuggly couch buddy. Whether I'm observing or playing, I like to be included in the goings on of my household! I'm a curious, affectionate boy who doesn't disturb the peace, but rather enhances it. I'll politely ask you for pats or treats and I really appreciate a patient human who gently lets me figure things out. But once I've decided we're friends, I'd love to loaf right next to you. And while I'm not super playful, I do enjoy a wand toy and my cheerful side really comes out when you give me my favorite thing: drips from the sink! I would be very happy in a quiet to moderately active household that has room for both playtime & snuggle time. I could possibly do great in a home with gentle kids & loving grownups. I haven't lived with dogs before so I'm not sure if I would like that. And while I might do well as a single cat, I would probably be happiest with feline friends who match my calm, friendly energy.
