Rome was surrendered to the shelter because his family has to move and can't take him. Rome is a sweet boy that is a bit uncomfortable at the shelter. Rome seems to do ok with most dogs, but we think he would prefer a friend who is not always in his face and being mouthy. Rome is not good with cats or small critters.
