Meet Frankie Frankie is an 8-month-old Belgian Malinois mix who was surrendered when his owner no longer had the time to care for him. He's a happy, loving pup with a bright personality and a great foundation to build on. According to his previous owner, Frankie is friendly with most dogs, though he can be a bit shy around larger dogs after having a negative experience at a dog park. With proper introductions and positive experiences, he can continue to build confidence. He has not lived with cats. Staff have observed that Frankie is a very social and well-mannered young dog. He allows handling with ease, is friendly with everyone he meets, and already knows commands like sit and stay. He's eager to please and enjoys interacting with people. Frankie would thrive in a home that can provide structure, training, and plenty of activity, as well as continued socialization to help him grow into a confident adult dog
