A volunteer writes: Gandalf's previous family forgot one very important family member when they moved out and that would be Gandalf. Gandalf was found wandering around an apartment building, looking as lost as he probably felt. While the Good Samaritan who found him was able to scoop him up in a towel, he hasn't been as amenable when it comes to acclimating to shelter life. Uninterested in our offers of treats and toys, Gandalf mostly prefers to stay in his den to pass the seemingly endless shelter days and we think that, in spite of his efforts to say otherwise, he'd really love a little chance to be seen and known.
