At 9 years old, Nana found herself dumped and abandoned — but despite everything she’s been through, she is still an incredibly sweet girl who just wants love and comfort. Nana enjoys people and has a gentle, loving personality. She is good with cats and can do well with certain dogs, though she is dog selective and would benefit from slow, proper introductions. Nana also has some resource guarding tendencies, including around her kennel/space, so she will need an adopter who understands boundaries and can continue helping her feel safe and secure. Like many older dogs who have experienced instability, Nana simply wants a calm environment where she knows her things — and her people — are safe.
