This sweet beautiful young lady is Althea, she is roughly right around 1.5 yrs young. She came into rescue after being surrendered just due to the other dog there was always picking on her and beating her up. But Althea is a lover not a fighter and just needed a new home to go thru life in. She does well with everyone she meets from older kids to adults, has been around dog savvy kitties and does get along with other "friendly" dogs who won't bully her. She seems to have good house manners and is learning more and more about how fun it is to go on walks to check out the "neighborhood news". Now all she is hoping for is a forever home to love her and show her how great life can actually be.
