Can I be your sweet Petunia? I am a little girl who has lost her home. My person died and I’m an orphan now. It’s not easy being an orphan when you are a senior cat. I’m afraid no one will want me. :( I am about 13 years old. I lived my whole life in a home with many other cats. Too many. My home wasn’t clean, and my person didn’t take good care of me. I was loved, but I kind of got lost in the shuffle, so I learned to just keep to myself, and not expect too much attention. But – if you give me attention, if you take the time to come to me, I love it! My whole world brightens up when you scratch my cheek and ears! You won’t believe how loud I purr when someone loves on me! I love to be brushed! My fur used to be super dull, but when my foster mom started brushing me, now it’s shiny! I’m a quiet girl, not pushy. I admit I’m shy. It takes me a minute to get to know a person. But when I do, I’m very lovable! My health isn’t bad for an old gal! I had something called a “senior blood panel” and everything looked pretty good! I don’t have any teeth! But don’t worry, I eat just fine, and that means I’ll never have any dental problems! (Lots of older cats don’t have teeth, by the way). I also can live fine with other cats. I won't make a fuss, and I'm never mean! I’m not asking for much. I just need a place to be with a nice person to spend the remainder of my life with! I won’t claw your furniture. I always use my litter box. I’m just a little girl, only 7 pounds! I’d be so happy to just sit by your side. I think I’d be happiest in a quiet home. Please make me your sweet Petunia, won’t you?
