Meet Penelope & Peter - A Sweet Sibling Duo Penelope and Peter are a sweet 9-months-old sibling duo, who are looking for their forever home together. Being so young, it is best they have a companion, so they will need to be adopted as a pair. Penelope is the bold one of the two. She loves people, enjoys a good play session, and is never far from the action. She tends to be the one in charge and isn't afraid to let you know it. That said, even she will need a little time to adjust to a new environment and new faces before she's fully at ease. Peter is a bit shyer and is still building his confidence, but he is a sweet boy with a playful side that comes out once he feels comfortable. He is still figuring out people, and patience will go a long way with him. Having Penelope nearby gives him a sense of security, which is a big part of why the two do best together. Penelope and Peter would thrive in a home with adopters who are happy to give them a little time to settle in.
