Espi
AvailableEspi is an adult female English Bulldog with a brown and white short coat. She is not yet spayed but is up to date on vaccinations. Espi is currently in San Rafael, CA and is still working on her house training. She thrives in a calm environment after having survived tough times, and with her gentle temperament, she is looking for someone who will let her gain trust at her own pace.
About Espi
Meet Espi, a gentle soul working through her past and learning to trust again. About 5 to 6 years old, she was found severely starved on an abandoned property, forced to fend for herself. Despite this, Espi still keeps her heart open and shows a sweetness beneath her shy exterior. She’s hesitant with new people, but with patience and quiet energy, she slowly reveals herself. Rushing toward her or reaching quickly makes her nervous, so someone willing to give her space will help her settle in. Once Espi feels safe, she’ll come forward for affection, offering her paw for gentle pets. She is not looking for endless play, but gladly coexists with other dogs and appreciates calm company over constant action. Espi is still learning manners like taking treats gently, though she never misses a snack toss and entertains herself with food games. A calm, adult-only home suits her best, particularly if you’re experienced and understand that building trust takes time. She can live with other dogs or be just as content alone. What Espi needs most is patience and someone willing to let her open up at her own speed. If you’re ready to give a second chance to a dog who’s survived hardship and is waiting for kindness, Espi may be the one. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
