Louie is an incredibly sweet and cuddly dog that loves belly rubs and big naps pressed up against you. He is very curious and friendly on his walks and loves meeting other people and dogs outside! He takes a minute to warm up to people inside, but with patience he is the sweetest love. Louie is currently staying in a foster home.
