Kiri recently returned to us after her dad unfortunately lost his battle with cancer. Kiri and her dad were best of friends and loved to hang out on the couch watching old TV shows and movies. Kiri was one of the best behaved fosters I've ever had! She is pretty, she entertained herself, once in a while participated in the "chase" but mostly just likes to hang out. She usually picked high places to take a nap, but she had also joined the "core couch crew" for afternoon naps. Kiri LOVES to drink from the faucet and raced to the bathroom whenever she saw someone heading there. Kiri is an independent kitty: she does not come to seek out affection but when approached she welcomes pets. All Bronx Tails cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia (negative for both) and are litterbox reliable and loving toward people. We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-3-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
