Hi, I’m Loki—a 2-year-old Mini Poodle weighing about 11 pounds, and I came from a high-kill shelter in Texas. I’m a gentle, shy little guy who’s still figuring things out, but once I feel safe, my sweet nature really starts to show. I do amazing with other dogs and tend to be more of a quiet observer—I’m not one to push my way to the front for attention. I’m a “take the back seat and go with the flow” kind of dog, which makes me really easy to have around. I enjoy a little time outside to stretch my legs, but I’m not very active and would much rather be inside, relaxing and enjoying a calm, cozy environment. When I first arrived, I was pretty matted and uncomfortable, but now that I’m feeling better, I’m starting to settle in. I’ll likely continue to come out of my shell in a home where I feel safe and loved. I’m looking for a patient, quieter home—somewhere I can be your little couch companion and take life at a slower pace. I’ll come fully vetted, neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.
