Quincy is a 4-year old Persian mix. He came to us after his owner died and the family kicked him out of his home. He came to us totally matted, almost unable to turn. Quincy has been neutered and has a lion cut. He has his basic vaccination. He is shy for the first few minutes and then he is definitely loving. An inside home would be best for Quincy.
