About Bird
Bird is an 11-month-old female cat with a bright, resilient spirit and a rare ability to bounce back from tough times. She was brought into emergency care very sick with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), but thanks to good treatment and determination, she has fully recovered and is now thriving. Playful and social, Bird enjoys being in the mixâsheâll join you in whatever youâre doing and bring her curious energy along for the ride. Bird would be happy as the only cat, but sheâd also do well with another young, friendly cat who likes to play. She can get a little too enthusiastic during playtime, so her feline companions will need to appreciate her bold style. Birdâs story is a testament to how strong and joyful she isâFIP survivors like her often go on to live normal, healthy lives. If youâre looking for a lively, affectionate, and hardy companion, Bird will bring joy and a streak of mischief into your home. All adoptions from The Rescue Project are indoors only. Birdâs adoption fee includes age-appropriate vaccines, spay, microchip, and testing. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
