Meet Sinij Sinij is a 6-month-old female Russian Blue Mix with a sweetest-of-sweet personalities and a calm, cuddly nature. Allergy note: While some people believe Russian Blues or mixes are hypoallergenic, we do not advertise or rely on that claim. Our cats come from street rescues, and we cannot guarantee any hypoallergenic qualities. If you have allergies that are not already successfully managed- we cannot adopt out of state.. Thank you for understanding. Origin and temperament: Sinij came from a neighborhood where a kind feeder recognized she was too sweet to stay on the streets. She has adjusted beautifully to indoor life and adores people. She tolerates other cats but does best with her own space and would not be a buddy for another cat. She does well with the fosters’ medium-sized elderly dog. Favorite ways to bond: She loves chilling in bed with you and watching TV. She is very food-motivated, so her heart (and treats) are a sure path to a happy relationship. She’s starting to explore play more, especially cat beds and wand toys, and is gradually learning how to engage in play. Ideal home: Sinij would thrive as an only cat with a single, attentive person or household. She can also do well in a family home with children who are polite, ideally 7 years old and up. She’s a gentle and affectionate companion who will reward a patient adopter with lots of purrs and quiet companionship. What you’ll love about Sinij: A calm, loving lap cat with a curious mind.
