Auburn is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler mix who has had a rough start to life. She came to us with two babies and a pellet in her leg where someone shot her, but through it all she has shown incredible resilience and sweetness. At 4 years old, Auburn is super sweet and treat-motivated, which makes her eager to learn and bond with people. She does need a warm-up period to feel safe, but once she trusts you, her loving nature shines. Auburn would do best in a home with another kind, gentle dog who can show her that the world is safe and full of love. She deserves a forever family who will spoil her, give her the patience she needs, and prove to her that she is worthy of the love we already know she is.
