Four years old, 50 pounds, and rocking a delightfully squishy face—pretty hard not to fall in love at first sight. Life has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. I'm Paisley, but I prefer to be called Daisy! After being adopted a few years ago, everything changed about two months ago when a car accident left me with severe injuries. One of my back legs had to be amputated, and I carry some scars from that day and from other challenges along the way. But here’s the thing—I didn’t let that stop me. I've got getting around on 3 legs just fine. I can handle most steps, hop up on the couch solo, and keep up with everyday life just fine. Daily walks are still one of my favorite things, and I’d do best in a home without too many stairs. I'm already house, crate and leash trained, plus I know commands like “potty,” “home,” and “sit.” When it comes to other dogs, I can get along with them with slow introductions, though I can be a bit selective. On the other hand, I love kids! I do need a little extra care with my ears—weekly cleanings help keep things under control. Just part of my routine! Strong, affectionate, and full of heart—that’s what I bring. All that’s missing is a forever home with people who see just how special I am.
