He thrives on attention and will happily follow you from room to room just to be near you. Bernie has wonderful house manners and does great without being crated. He doesn’t get into things or chew up items—he’s content relaxing nearby. He typically sleeps in the living room on the couch or on a dog bed beside your bed, though he’d be just as happy snuggled up with you. He appears to be potty trained and does well with regular trips outside. Bernie gets along great with other dogs and would do well in a home with children—he truly loves everyone he meets. This sweet boy enjoys chewing on Nylabones and other durable chew toys, and his tail is almost always wagging. Bernie is truly one of the happiest dogs you’ll meet and would make a wonderful addition to just about any family.
