Penelope is a pretty black and white domestic short hair female. Tis girl is 4 1/2 years old and has a shiny black coat accented with white on her bib, tummy and paws and a cute little partial mustache. She is reported to be gentle, friendly, and loving to be held, although right now she is still shy as she adjusts to the shelter environment. Penelope came north from Florida in hopes of finding a "fur-ever" home. She is spayed, up to date on her shots, and microchipped. Our adoption hours are intended for pre-approved adopters. An application for pre-approval to adopt can be picked up at the shelter during adoption hours or sent by email to be filled out and brought in. Once you have been pre-approved, you are welcome to come to the shelter during adoption hours to be shown the cats.
