About Aspen
Aspen would make an exceptional companion for anyone who enjoys a good conversation and a little bit of Husky personality. At 8 years old, he’s mellowed out from his younger, more energetic days, but he still wants his daily walks. Aspen is famous for his unique "Wee Woo" chats—he really talks back in his own special way. He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and house trained. Aspen sleeps soundly in his crate and has picked up some basic commands like sit, shake, and lay down. He does well with people of all ages and gets along best with other large dogs. Smaller pets and cats remain a mystery for him. If you need a co-pilot for errands or road trips, Aspen is your guy; he loves car rides. He’s learning leash manners but will need a dedicated adopter to keep working with him. Because Aspen has a history of roaming, a 6-foot privacy or chain link fence is a must. The right home for Aspen knows the ins and outs of Husky life and appreciates all the quirks that come with it. He’s got a sweet, easygoing nature and a personality that wins people over. Fun fact: Aspen’s a Virgo, so he’ll probably “help” you keep your life organized. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
