Hi, I’m Rainbow, a 5-year-old shepherd mix with a gentle heart and a quiet nature. I can be pretty shy when I first meet new people and new things make me a little nervous, but if you give me time and patience, I’ll slowly come out of my shell and show you how sweet and loyal I really am. I get along well with other dogs and do just fine with kids, especially older ones who understand I like to take things at my own pace. I walk nicely beside you on a leash and tend to be well behaved, calm, and observant. I would do best in a peaceful home where I can feel safe and continue building my confidence. A calm, submissive dog friend could help me feel more comfortable, but I’d also be happy as your quiet companion. I’m still learning that the world isn’t so scary, and I’m looking for someone kind and patient who will help me grow into the confident dog I’m meant to be.
