Whether it’s a collar, harness, blanket, or toy, Ellie wears pink like she invented it. It just fits her perfectly—sweet, bold, and impossible to ignore. Ellie is a 3–5-year-old, 30–35 lb pocket pitty mix with a huge personality wrapped in an adorable little package. She’s got that fun, spirited energy that keeps life interesting, but she also knows how to settle in and relax like the queen she is. Her favorite things in life include belly rubs, lounging beside her people, and looking fabulous while doing absolutely nothing. If you stop petting her too soon, expect a dramatic stare that says, “Excuse me, the service here is lacking.” She rides great in the car, has excellent house manners, and isn’t destructive. She’s independent enough to entertain herself, but affectionate enough to make sure you never forget she’s there. As for other dogs… her social life remains a bit of a mystery. She seems to do fine with my personal dogs, but boarding staff have noted she can be dog reactive. So her dog-friendliness is still under investigation. Think of her as selective with her circle—quality over quantity. She may do well with the right dog after proper introductions, or she may prefer being the only four-legged diva in the household.
