Meet Gauldin! Gauldin is a handsome 5-year-old medium-haired black cat with a soft coat and a calm, gentle spirit. He came to us from a shelter in southern Virginia and is now ready to find a quiet home where he can truly settle in and shine. Gauldin can be a little shy at first, but underneath that reserved introduction is a very affectionate cat who loves attention from his people. Once he gets to know you, he’ll happily soak up pets and especially enjoys--no, LOVES-- being brushed, which is perfect for keeping his fluffy coat looking its best. True to his easygoing nature, Gauldin is a laid-back, chill guy who gets along well with other cats. He’d do wonderfully in a home that appreciates a relaxed companion who enjoys calm company and cozy moments.
