About Thumper

Please read through the entire posting and requirements before applying via our questionnaire. Please do not submit an inquiry via Petfinder. Only applicants who complete the questionnaire will be considered. Meet Thumper, a lap cat that loves to cuddle!! He is approximately 8-9 years old. Thumper is a ~10 lbs. tuxedo with the cutest paws. He is very cuddly and will hop right into your lap. He loves chin and head scratches and will meow for your attention. He’s very vocal and makes lots of different sounds! His foster parent works from home and has a lot of time to spend with him, so he is very affectionate and enjoys spending time together. He does like to play with a wand toy, but might take some time to get started. Once he does, he really likes it! Overall, he is a very calm and polite cat, perfect for someone who wants a quiet lap kitty that loves to snuggle. He will need time to get used to having multiple people in the home. What Thumper is looking for in a home: - He can get nervous, so he needs a kind, patient guide to help him feel comfortable with new experiences. - He feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment. He needs to live indoors only. - He has no known history with other cats. - He has no known history with dogs. - He has no known history with children. All Alley Cat Projects cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Alley Cat Project adoption fees are: - $200 per cat or kitten - $350 for a pair of cats or kittens - $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old) - Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care - Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts. Thank you for your interest in adopting Thumper! If your household fits the above criteria, you can apply to adopt him by filling out this questionnaire: https://bit.ly/ACPAdoptionForm Many of our cats receive numerous applications, and we thank you for your patience while we review applications and find the best match.
