Spike was found living a very hard life as a stray. Some kind people were feeding him and helping as much as they could. He had an injury that involved his eye making it so that he can't close the eye all the way. It's not something that can be corrected, and does not affect his vision. Spike contracted FIV (similar to HIV in humans) while trying to survive outside, but so many cats live totally normal lives with FIV. FIV kitties can live along side other cats just fine as FIV is typically passed from mother to babies or through deep bite wounds that don't typically occur with friendly cats living indoors! Spike is neutered, FIV/FeLV tested and vaccinated.
