About Munchkin
Munchkin, also known as Lunchbox, has been through more than most cats his age. He arrived as a sick six-month-old and, after much diagnosis and care, is now managing congenital hypothyroidism with daily medication. He also lives with a heart abnormality and malformed hips, for which he had surgery in March. Against all odds, Munchkin never lost his affectionate streak or his playful spark. He might start out with a grumpy expression, but a little patience wins over his trust, revealing a sweet, loving cat who enjoys cuddles as much as bursts of energy. Lately, he's been recovering well, getting back to high jumps, wild zoomies, and stirring up games with fellow cats. Cozy moments are just as important to him; if you leave your pillow unattended, he'll likely claim it for a nap. Munchkin would do well with another playful cat to wrestle and chase, but he'd also enjoy being your one and only. He handles respectful dogs, and his ideal family will appreciate both his spirited and snuggly sides. If you like a cat who’s a little spicy at first but reveals a soft heart, Lunchbox is a good fit.
