About Dean Tollie ~ Needs

Dean Tollie has waited far too long for his shot at a forever home. This large, goofy German Shepherd/Lab mix is nearly three years old and ready to leave his foster life in Mississippi behind for New England. He has a thick black and yellow coat, a big personality, and more than enough energy to keep you smiling. Why is Dean still waiting? No idea—he's the last of his litter left—because he's genuinely lovable, playful, and makes friends wherever he goes. Dean gets along with other dogs, is fine with confident cats, and does well with kids. Tiny critters, though, should steer clear as he can be tempted to chase small animals outside. Dean is crate trained and house trained, but spends most of his time out and about, ready for fun. He enjoys car rides, likes sleeping on beds, and still has some leash manners to perfect—he’ll need a committed, active family, ideally with some experience in training and plenty of time for exercise. Dean thrives with pro training and is primed to be a great companion. He is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. His adoption fee is sponsored, and there are no extra transport costs. Dean is fostered in the South but will be transported to New England for a committed adopter, with the chance for you to speak directly to his foster to get to know him better. Ready to fall in love?
