Falkor came to H.A.L.O. as a stray, and we were absolutely convinced someone would be searching for him. With his wildly adorable scruffy coat, signature little mustache, and bright, joyful energy, he's the kind of dog that turns heads and steals hearts everywhere he goes. No one has come forward yet--but this charming young guy is more than ready to start his next chapter. Estimated to be about 2 years old, Falkor still has plenty of youthful enthusiasm, but he's already showing off some impressive manners. He knows "sit," "down," and "paw," and given his quick learning and attentive nature, we suspect he's a smart, adaptable boy who will continue to pick things up quickly with consistency and structure. While we can't confirm housebreaking history, his demeanor suggests he's eager to please and ready to learn. Falkor has done wonderfully in temperament testing at the shelter. He comes across as social, friendly, and well-balanced, and we feel he'd be a great fit for a wide variety of homes. He has shown positive interactions with other dogs, is respectful around cats, and would likely do well in a home with kids as well. At his core, Falkor is just a happy, scruffy young dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart.
