Meet Louie! Louie is a 2-year-old male terrier mix weighing just 7–8 pounds—tiny, scruffy, and full of love. He’s currently being fostered with cats and both big and small dogs, and he gets along great with everyone! Louie is working really hard on his potty training and making great progress, but he’ll need a patient family willing to continue guiding him as he learns. He’s incredibly affectionate and absolutely loves giving hugs—his favorite place in the world is curled up on your lap.
