AvailableAbout Zora Cozy Concierge
Zora is the kind of dog who makes a house feel softer just by being in it, side of giggles included as she can usually be found proudly carrying a toy around giving it a bit of a house tour. Because Zora is fostered in a loving home we know so much about who she is at home- which is hands down her favorite place to be. Her fosters praise her for being gentle, sweet, and quietly charming. One of many cute things she does is the way she will ask for affection. Her foster shared- it starts with a little nose nudge and a calm, āexcuse me, pets pleaseā presence thatās delivered with her warm eyes staring at you sweetly. And if youāre into adorable home quirks, Zora also likes to drag blankets and random items around the house like sheās casually redecorating. Want to see Zora in action? Watch her YouTube video here: https://youtu.be/dLL5nnErXFM Though we cannot guarantee age or breed given Zora is a rescue, we estimate she is 2 years old, she weighs 64lbs, and is likely a German shepherd mix. āStatsā behind us, letās get to know more about Zora! Zora is a homebody at heart who likes calm routines friendly dog company, and a soft place to land. She can be nervous when meeting new people, especially out in public, but she does better when folks are sitting down and letting her approach at her own pace. Once she decides youāre safe, sheāll show you that signature move- a sweet tail wag, a gentle paw, and the most polite little nose nudge. Works like a charm every time. Sheās not a big cuddler, but she absolutely enjoys love and will happily request it on her terms. At home, sheās the good kind of easy: * Quiet in her crate (crated during the day and overnight) * House-trained with zero indoor accidents * Not destructive, sheās never chewed furniture * Loves chew toys, stuffies, ropes, and yes⦠house shoes (her favorite ātreasureā) š Zoraās ideal home would be a single-level home with minimal or no stairs, so her hips can keep young. She does well with normal activity in the home and genuinely enjoys other dogsā company, so sheād love a home with a playful doggie friend where things feel steady, friendly, and routine-based. Zora can be nervous meeting new people, but she warms up pretty quickly, especially when people are sitting down and she can approach at her own pace. Sheās more comfortable meeting guests in the home than in public, which makes her a great match for someone who prefers cozy home life over constant outings. Zoraās foster shared a few of her favorite things, in no particular order- Zora loves going on walks, chewing on toys, and hanging out with her dog buddies. Her top picks include chew toys, stuffies, ropes, and yes⦠house shoes. (Sheās got taste and no house shoes have been harmed- only relocated. When Zora has a toy she will give a bit of a grumble if her dog friend tries to steal it (fair) but as her foster put it, sheās āall bark and no bite.ā Simply, sometimes she wants to enjoy a toy by herself. Zora lives with dogs and does great with them. In her foster home, sheās been around a group of six dogs (male and female) ranging from 4 months to 10 years old, and she gets along great with them all. Zora has excellent house training. Sheās never had an accident in the house, has never chewed on furniture, and prefers to potty outside on grass. She can go 8+ hours without a potty accident, and she does not soil her crate. Hello pre-programed perfection! Zora is used to walking on a leash and has been working on kennel/crate routines. Sheās crate trained, quiet in her crate, and is crated 3ā4 hours during the day as well as overnight. A few bits of bonus info shared by the foster, so you donāt have to find out later- Zora is afraid of vacuums and occasionally strangers (same girl, SAME) so sheāll do best with a patient, gentle approach that lets her build trust at her own pace.
