Meet Puddles â the 32-pound pocket-size wiggle machine with a pink nose that looks like sheâs wearing lipstick and the biggest smile youâve ever seen. If happiness could take the shape of a dog, it would absolutely be this girl. Her tail is basically a helicopter, her whole body wiggles like sheâs made of Jell-O, and she falls in love with new people in approximately⌠0.1 seconds. She will greet you with full-body joy, nonstop kisses (yes, even the âoopsâon the mouthâ kind), and the kind of enthusiasm that makes every day feel like a celebration. Watch Puddle's personality shine in her video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZbS5wSikPc Puddles is the definition of a âlove sponge.â She soaks up every ounce of affection she can get, wiggles the whole way through it, and will politely (or not-so-politely) remind you that petting her is a full-time job. Sheâs the perfect size for a warm, snuggly weighted blanket, a lap dog, or a little spoonâ32 lbs of pure sunshine. We think she is a pitty mix, but your guess is just as good as ours! At only 2 years old, she is the perfect mix of puppy love and smarts, with the right amount of energy to calmly curl up by your side! As far as Puddleâs doggy manners, she is a girl who means well, but sometimes forgets that subtlety is a thing. Sheâs bouncy, excited, and wants to say hello to everyone at onceâlike the overly enthusiastic friend who kicks the door open, yelling âHI BESTIE!!â before sheâs even met you. She does BEST with confident, dominant male dogs who can show her the ropes and gently teach her how to âdogâ politely. Sheâs a little starstruck by bossy, self-assured boysâshe walks up with sweet submissive kisses, listens better, and keeps her humpy sillies to herself. She did do okay with calmer or more submissive dogs, tooâshe just came on a little strong because sheâs excited, curious, and still learning how to control her zoomy joy. With the right structured intros, she really tries her hardest to be respectful. And honestly? Sheâd also love being an only dog. Sheâs extremely people-oriented and would be perfectly happy being the center of all attention, all snuggles, all kisses, all the time. Puddles thinks kids are awesomeâlittle humans who give pets and giggle? Yes please! She did well with older kiddos (around 9 and 13), soaking up the love and being her playful, wiggly self. She gave them kisses, took treats gently, and hopped right up on the couch with them for all the lovings! With tiny tots (like the 5-year-old she met), she got a little too excited. Nothing meanâjust too much enthusiasm in one small, pink-nosed package. So sheâs best suited for bigger kids who wonât be overwhelmed by her bounces, kisses, and zest for life. Puddles would thrive in a busy, active household where people are always coming and goingâshe LOVES people watching, greeting, and supervising all human activities. For now, weâre saying no apartmentsâsheâll learn her leash manners and settle more easily with the structure and space of a home. Speaking of leashes: sheâs working hard on it! Sheâs a dig-her-heels-in girl, and sometimes needs a few âhey, buddy, eyes up here!â reminders. But sheâs SUPER treat-motivated, which makes training easier, and she genuinely wants to do the right thing. Sheâs smart, sheâs food-motivated, sheâs wiggly, and sheâs ready to be someoneâs âtake me places!!!â adventure buddy once those leash skills click into place. Puddles is pure joy wrapped in spots and wiggles. Sheâs the happiest girl in the world, the best instant-best-friend, and a total lovebug who will brighten every corner of her new home. Sheâs silly, affectionate, enthusiastic, and so ready to learn and grow. If you want a dog who: ⨠smiles constantly ⨠gives 100 kisses per minute ⨠wiggles like sheâs made of spring-loaded noodles ⨠and makes every day more fun âŚthen Puddles is your girl.
