About Randy

Randy is a genuine family dog who’s ready for a relaxed, loving home. After being found with two pals by a couple who couldn’t keep up with three large puppies, Randy ended up in rescue, but he hasn’t lost his good nature. He’s young, social, and adapts easily to new people, greeting visitors with a friendly wag rather than suspicion. Although he has some old, untreated injuries from his stray days—a limp in his elbow and hind leg—he moves around with enthusiasm and enjoys a good sprint in the yard, followed by lounging on his favorite dog bed. Randy is all about people—he loves attention, leaning his head into your lap for a scratch, and thrives on being included, whether it’s hanging out in the house or going for a spin in the car. His temperament is mellow and easygoing, more interested in companionship than roughhousing, and he’s well-mannered in both crate and house training. Randy does well with other dogs, but is just as happy being the only pup, as his top priority is spending time with his family. If you’re looking for an affectionate, loyal companion with a little character in his step and a big heart, Randy is the dog for you. Your new best friend is just one click away.
