About Trisha
Click apply to start the adoption process. At 14 years old, sweet Trisha is finally experiencing the love and comfort she has always deserved. This precious Shih Tzu mix came from truly heartbreaking circumstances, yet her gentle nature remains undiminished and shines through beautifully. Although Trisha is mostly blind and deaf, and lives with a significant heart murmur, she remains deeply loving and cherishes every soft bed, caring touch, and peaceful moment she receives. She moves at a slower pace and asks for a bit of extra understanding, but the special connection she offers in return is beyond measure. This little lady embodies sweetness—quiet, calm, and extraordinarily grateful to be safe. She’d thrive in a compassionate home, where patience, warmth, and unconditional love fill her golden years. All Trisha needs is a cozy place to rest, a gentle routine, and someone to treasure her for as long as she is with you. In turn, you’ll receive a rare and gentle love that only a senior dog can offer. Fun fact: born on March 23rd, Trisha is an Aries, a sign known for its courage and warmth.
